These terms apply when you read or otherwise use gta6twitch.com ("the site"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
The site is published by Media Digital Business L.L.C.-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What the site is
gta6twitch.com is a free, independent information site about watching and streaming Grand Theft Auto VI on Twitch, Kick and YouTube. It offers guides, news and two small tools: a countdown to the 19 November 2026 launch and a Twitch Drops preparation checklist saved only in your browser. We are not Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and nothing on the site is an official announcement from any of them.
3. Information only
Content is provided for general information. Streaming schedules, Drops campaigns, viewer figures and game details change quickly, and we may be behind or mistaken despite our checks. Do not rely on the site as your only source for decisions such as purchases, pre-orders or account actions. Viewership figures are third-party estimates and forecasts are projections.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, share links to and quote short passages from the site with attribution. You may not:
- copy or republish substantial parts of the site, including by automated scraping, without written permission;
- interfere with the site's operation, security or advertising, or attempt to access systems that are not public;
- use the site to send spam or misleading messages, or present our content as coming from Twitch, Rockstar or another company.
5. Advertising
The site is funded by ads served through Google AdSense. We do not control the content of individual ads and do not endorse advertised products. How ads use cookies is explained in our privacy policy.
6. Links to other sites
We link to streaming channels, platform help pages, official Rockstar pages and news outlets. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Live streams in particular can change from minute to minute.
7. Intellectual property
The text, structure and design of the site belong to us. Game names, logos and promotional images belong to their owners, as set out in our disclaimer, and are used for commentary and reporting. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us with details and we will review it promptly.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of linked third-party services, including missed streams, unclaimed Drops or purchase decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
